Shipping Policy

Shipments will be fulfilled by UPS, USPS, or Canada Post at the discretion of Blackthumb. Orders are filled Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm MST. Orders received before 1pm MST will be fulfilled on the same day. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified with a tracking number.

We keep a real time inventory system however if on the off-chance the item you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you right away and you will have the option to wait for the order to be backordered or receive a full refund.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15, all furniture items are not included in this, please contact [email protected] for shipping prices on furniture.

We offer international shipping, please email us at [email protected] with your order and we will promptly advise you with the shipping cost.

Please make sure to provide us with accurate and reliable contact and shipping information when placing your order. Any additional charges or losses incurred as a result of inaccurate information will be the customer’s responsibility once the tracking number has been issued.
