Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please email us at [email protected] within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must be returned in an unused condition without any defect. We will provide you with an in store credit for the full amount of the product you bought and any shipping costs incurred. Blackthumb Decor will take care of the return shipping costs, we’re that confident that you will love what you bought!
Damages or Defects
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims of damage or defect must be made within 14 days by emailing [email protected]. Please provide your order number and a minimum of 3 digital photos of the damaged product(s). Claims received after 14 business days of delivery will not be processed. You will not be charged for shipping a replacement product.
