Green Power Shake Recipe
With all this cold weather we started to feel the chill and decided it was time to give our immune system a serious boost. We decided to go with this Green Power Shake and the good thing about this one is that it tastes pretty good too!
All you need is the following:
1 cup spinach (or 2 frozen pucks)
1 cup kale
1 can unsweetened coconut milk
1 inch fresh ginger (use whatever amount you’re comfortable with, ginger can be very strong)
half a teaspoon of cinnamon
Blend it all together and enjoy!
