Green Power Shake Recipe

With all this cold weather we started to feel the chill and decided it was time to give our immune system a serious boost. We decided to go with this Green Power Shake and the good thing about this one is that it tastes pretty good too!
All you need is the following:
1 cup spinach (or 2 frozen pucks)
1 cup kale
1 can unsweetened coconut milk
2 bananas
1 inch fresh ginger (use whatever amount you’re comfortable with, ginger can be very strong)
half a teaspoon of cinnamon

Blend it all together and enjoy!

Rustic Scandinavian Barn

It’s been far too long since we posted on the blog, things have been extremely busy on the shop front and we have some exciting things happening in the near future! But with that, we recently took some down time and came across this AMAZING Scandinavian barn that’s been transformed into a beautiful space for holding workshops, weddings, and family gatherings. It’s part of the stunning Estate Trentham.

We absolutely love the rustic feel, from the ceiling lamps to the old trellis tables, it’s so warm and inviting! If you’re in Australia this might have to be added to your must visit list.

A little bit about the rest of the area, the main house is a 1920’s three bedroom federation house which is also inspired by Scandinavian interiors, it’s beautiful! The grounds also boast a mini orchard and harvest ground, how much fun does that sound!
